Cancellation Policy: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation/no-show fee of $50 on all color/chemical services & 50% on non-color services. Debit/Credit information given at time of booking is used to charge any cancellation fees/no-show fees. By booking your appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions. We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations to avoid charging a cancellation fee per service booked. To be considered valid, cancellations must be made via online or phone at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which the Guest fails to show, the cancellation fee per service booked will apply. Cancellation fees are non-refundable. No Call/No Shows will be charged the minimum amount for the specific service booked. For group bookings, each guest that fails to cancel or show will be charged the cancellation fee per service booked. If you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment, we might have to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your service(s) to fit the remaining time. If we adjust or reschedule your service, the full cost of the service still applies. If we do not hear from you 20 minutes into your appointment, or if we cannot adjust or reschedule your service, it will be considered cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee(s) will apply.
